Facts TELL, Stories SELL


A lot of people have heard facts tell, stories sell. That is so, so true.

Think about it. Haven't you been in a position where you go to a conference or a place and they're telling you all these amazing facts and figures and they're showing you everything, but you don't feel right about it. You're like, that sounds about right, but it doesn't feel right.

If you get to that point, the most probable thing is that you're not going to act on it because it doesn't feel right. That is why telling a story is so much more important than telling a fact.

We, as humans, connect through story. That is an undeniable fact. Tell your story. Connect with your audience first.

Then tell them the facts.
