Hello, everyone. Today I'm going to give you five video ideas that are a must-have for every business. Okay? Let's do this. Hey, we have not met. My name is Diana Castro and I help leaders and entrepreneurs amplify their message, their voice, and their impact with the power of video. So let me start with the first video idea. The first video idea is to tell your customers why it is that you're in business in the first place. And it's not because you want to make money. That's a result of being in business, but tell them what got you started in your business.
Share a little bit more of your journey of your story, of what makes you happy. What makes you smile when you are doing what you love, right? So if you're an entrepreneur and you are in business because you love what you do, this is going to be a very simple video. You get to tell them, "When I do this, I feel like that. Something that brings me joy is to see how this and this happens and that makes me want to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah."
Or you could start this video by starting like, "Ever since I was a little kid I knew that this, this and that." Or you can share your story." There's so many different ways on how you can share your story. And I invite you to kind of package it in a very short and concise way.
Now let's move to idea numero dos. And that has to do with sharing who is behind the brand. So this is a video that meets the team video. Talk about those that are in your team, tell them who they are and what they do. That's a really great video to humanize your brand a little bit. Another idea of video is a video of who's your ideal client? This video is going to give clarity to your ideal client, if they are the right match for you.
"So if you are experiencing this and this problem, then I might be a good fit for you." That kind of video reflects how much you know about your ideal client avatar. It gives your client their humanity. They feel like you're talking to them specifically. And if you're not for them, they're not even going to waste your time. So it's a win-win situation.
The next video idea is to talk about the what. What problem do you solve? So if you're an accountant, you don't just do the taxes. When you're an accountant, you help your clients save money. You help your clients stay organized with their finances. I mean, the solutions could be many, but you get to talk about what is it that you solve for your client? And that gives you some leverage.
If like, for example, I am not just a videographer, right? If I ever have to compete for video, I mean, everyone who has one of these like a phone, I'll be competing with everyone because anyone could make videos. So I don't solve it. That's not the problem that I solve. I actually help my clients stay consistent online so that they can reach their audience. That's my main goal. How do I do it? I do it through creating workshops and creating filming plans, and filming their videos and sending them and editing their videos. That's what I do. I help them solve that problem.
Does that mean that I don't do other things? No, but that is my entry point. That is how I solve a problem. So don't be afraid to kind of tell them what problem you solve, because guess what? That's going to make your marketing a lot easier. Trust me on this one, okay?
So let me close with this. The enemy of progress is complexity. What do I mean by that? If you make the process of making your videos so complex, you're never ever, ever going to get to do them. Think about it like this. Every video is an answer to a question. And the quality of your answers are going to determine the quality of the clients that you receive. So just be straightforward, be yourself. That's your superpower. Nobody else's like you, right? So just be yourself, show up for them, tell them how you can serve them in a way, in a package, in a video that kind of like multiplies you, 24/7, seven times a week, 24 hours a day.
That's the best way to reach more people and get your message out there. If you don't know how to do this, if you think that this is super complicated and you need someone to help you simplify, I'm your girl. Hit me up, call me, send me a comment in this video.
